About Dr. Brady
Hi, I'm Cliffton.
And this is my wife, Christine. She's my partner in everything, including this.
I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, served a Spanish-speaking mission in Spokane, and met Christine at USU. We have four children. I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic, and since 2004 I've spoken at national and international health conferences.
Along the way, I kept seeing the same thing: good, hardworking people quietly carrying more stress than anyone knew. That's why I started Cope Calm Clarity.
Why this matters
Sawubona. I see you.
I collect greetings from around the world. My favorite comes from South Africa: Sawubona. It means "I see you." The answer is Ngikhona: "I am here."
That's what this is about. You are seen. You are appreciated. And you're not doing this alone.
When you book a session, you're not signing up for a program. You're joining a family. My goal is simple: help you cope, feel calm, and have more clarity, so you can show up with a bounce in your step.
Fun facts: I shoot hoops with both hands, love puns and cloudy days, and would rather read Emerson than a novel.
